Welcome to Bay Harbor
My name is Tony Ebeling and I am the Principal of this wonderful school! This is my second year as the leader of Bay Harbor and I am excited to navigate this journey together with you. At Bay Harbor, we are a family! My wife Heather, daughter Carly (7) and son Cash (6) are excited to be a part of the Sailor learning community! My daughter will be starting second grade this year and my son will be starting first. Being a parent and a principal at this school gives me a unique view of education and kids in general! We are all truly excited to share these new adventures with you. My teaching career began in 2002 at MacArthur Elementary School in Green Bay. While there I taught 4th and 5th grade. During this time, I also received a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership. In 2009, I became the Associate Principal at Lineville Intermediate School. During the three years at Lineville I grew myself as a leader and was involved in making changes that positively affected the students, staff and families at my school and the district as a whole. During this time, I also realized the strength of the Howard-Suamico School District and the families in this community. This is truly a special place to be! My motto is, "You have to get to a student’s heart before you get to their head!" This coupled with the belief that ALL students will learn if given the right environment, make for a student-focused atmosphere with high academic and behavioral standards. Together, we will make Bay Harbor GREAT and ensure that our students have the knowledge and skills to succeed in a changing world! I hope you find this site useful. Feel free to contact me any time!
